«coche-camaleón» Film: The Mill BLACKBIRD

«coche-camaleón» Film: The Mill BLACKBIRDPublicado el 23 jun. 2016 The Mill has created The Mill BLACKBIRD, the first fully adjustable car rig that creates photoreal CG cars – it’s a car rig that can be shot at any time, in any location, without the need to rely on a physical car. Created in collaboration with JemFX, Performance Filmworks and Keslow, Mill Blackbird inspires and expands creative opportunities, offering a truly flexible production tool without sacrificing any quality or direction. Nice I go up there also to shoot some drone footage in that park. Congrats on a great idea and product. Responder1 DJ Tronald Dump DJ Tronald DumpHace 18 horas I don't understand the point on this? Why not just get the real car if your the manufacturer? Wouldn't the real thing be cheaper than hiring CGI artists? Responder8 Danilo Laurito Danilo LauritoHace 18 horas I hope this helps car video games to be better Responder11 Bushido Cobra Bushido CobraHace 19 horas This also doesn't need to only be used in car ads. It seems to be a really useful tool for vehicles in movies. Responder3 GT4tube GT4tubeHace 20 horas what this? For Movie ? Responder1 brendan1994nl brendan1994nlHace 20 horas (editado) oke. give that car and a VR. i am gonna cruise in a dessert! on the couch. Responder Maciej Suchocki Maciej SuchockiHace 20 horas Then how do we know that the Blackbird is not CGI? ;) Responder5 Stephen Bachman Stephen BachmanHace 20 horas or better yet just shoot an advert with the real car. Responder1 Hanniffy Dinn Hanniffy DinnHace 20 horas Might as well just use a real car people ! Responder Consult Keith Young Consult Keith YoungHace 21 horas I'll be impressed it that wasn't actually the blackbird since they haven't made it yet, but rather they used a platform that mimics the blackbirds handling to make the video. Responder Siderite Zackwehdex Siderite ZackwehdexHace 23 horas Why do we need a regular car for, then? Better invest in real re-skinning and you have all the cars you will ever need. Park it as a Ford Escort and drive it as a Veyron :) Responder1 Tibiafreak TibiafreakHace 1 día I don't really see the meaning of this.. Isn't it just as cost-efficient to just use the real car? This thing must be even more expensive. Responder1 Bushido Cobra Bushido CobraHace 19 horas Maybe if you would only have to ever shoot one commercial which is unlikely. Imagine you being a Fiat/Chrysler Commercial producer and you need to make 4 separate commercials for the Viper, 500f, 300c, and the Jeep Wrangler. Instead of paying to rent those vehicles and the locations filmed, you could buy one Blackbird and use it for every commercial. Which in my opinion is cheaper in the long run. Responder sWooZie sWooZieHace 1 día just whoa Responder1 Todd's Nerd Cave Todd's Nerd CaveHace 1 día Car commercials that don't even use the actual car. Fantastic. Responder ImSofaKingGood ImSofaKingGoodHace 1 día That was one of the trailers for DriveClub! Responder kalistuh kalistuhHace 1 día I'm here just thinking how good would that thing handle! it's low and has all the weight between the wheels... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnBC5bwV5y0
